monday was a holiday in france (again), and aurelio and i went to the eiffel tower.
the top floor was closed!
views from the 2nd floor.















Then we went to the Picasso Musuem, just before it closed (meaning free!)

time to change

Americans have continuously been pioneers. Hopefully we will continue to do so, but already countries around the world have surpassed us in making changes for the better. It's disappointing to me as an American knowing our history of greatness and watching us cling to our glory days without progressing. Come on America. We like to be first and the best, so why are we standing on the sidelines trying to look cool?
